Moncho Ferrer was the 2017 scholarship recipient. Moncho is working in rural India his whole life to help villages work towards self-sustainability.
As President and Chair of the Vincente Ferrer Foundation (www.vffusa.org), Moncho overseas a large charitable operation, spanning 3,200 villages and impacting the lives of nearly 3 million people.
Moncho is carrying on his fathers vision to ‘make impossible dreams come true’, working in rural India his whole life to help villages work towards self-sustainability. As President and Chair of the Vincente Ferrer Foundation (www.vffusa.org), Moncho overseas a large charitable operation, spanning 3,200 villages and impacting the lives of nearly 3 million people. Spanish born Moncho has dedicated his life to make others lives better.
At the heart of the organization’s mission is to empower the people to build up their own communities, to break down centuries of ingrained discrimination, and to take charge of their own lives.
The SEP Foundation, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business selected Moncho from a strong pool of candidates, and are excited about giving Mocho new skills and a broad network to expand his impact and continue to Change Lives.
